Editorial: Dunbar Harbourside

Fresh air and windswept hair, the Dunbar harbourside perfectly encapsulates the character and charm of Scottish highlandwear.

Just along the coastline from Edinburgh, the fishing town of Dunbar opens out to the North Sea, where rugged cliffs meet the working harbour. The sights, sounds, and the smells feel fresh and wild - exactly what we wanted to capture in this photoshoot.

With it's bright buoys, fishing nets, and signs, the iconic Dunbar harbour wall provided a backdrop full of character and colour, perfectly complementing our LoullyMakes cape in Stewart "Dress" Modern tartan.

The Nicolson Hunting Muted tartan also sat effortlessly within the landscape, its tones echoing the sea, the sky, and the rocky cliffs in a way that felt entirely at home. Take a look at some of our favourite images from the day.
