Corporate Highlandwear Hire Policy

Thank you for choosing GNK for your corporate event. We will do everything we can to ensure your group make the most of their Scottish experience.  

It is important that you use the information issued in this document and read it all carefully.

Highlandwear Hire 
Please use the attached measuring guide for all sizes. 

• Full Formal Men’s Outfit – Chest Size, Waist Size, Kilt Length, Sleeve Length, Shoe Size, Height required. 
(includes 8 yard Kilt, Formal Jacket & Waistcoat, Ghillie Brogue Shoes, Dress Sporran, Kilt Hose, Kiltpin, Dummy Sgian Dubh, Bow Tie, Flashes) 

• Half Men’s Outfit – Waist Size, Kilt Length, Shoe Size, Height required. 
(includes 8 yard Kilt, Ghillie Brogue Shoes, Dress Sporran, Kilt Hose, Kiltpin, Dummy Sgian Dubh, Flashes)

• Kilt Only – Waist Size, Kilt Length, Height required. 

• Shirt – Collar Size required. 

• Ladies Sash and Brooch – no sizes required. 

• Kilt Hire fittings can be held at your selected venue, or within our St Mary’s Street store for groups up to 25 pax. 

Fittings can be combined with a talk – please get in touch for pricing. 

• Delivery of hires to EH postcodes free of charge. Outwith EH postcodes, charges are applicable.  

• Standard hire sizes range are below – we may not be able to guarantee sizes out with this range.  If anyone in the party is out with this range and we can check if the size is available PLEASE GET IN TOUCH; 
Jackets: 36” chest – 52” chest           

Kilts: 28” waist – 48” waist              

Shoes: 6 UK – 13 UK 

Kilt Hire Terms & Conditions 

• Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the event.  Any changes after this time can not be guaranteed.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event/no shows must pay in full. 

• Please use our measuring guide for all hires (included in the policy). 

•  We need hire sizes to be with us minimum 2 weeks before the event.  Any sizes submitted after this time can't be guaranteed. 

• If no hire fitting has been booked with GNK staff, then we may charge for any additional changes made after the hires are delivered. 

• An invoice will be issued after the event and payment is due on receipt.

• Half Men’s Outfit £55 
(includes 8 yard Kilt, Ghillie Brogue Shoes, Dress Sporran, Kilt Hose, Kiltpin, Dummy Sgian Dubh, Flashes) 

• Kilt Only £35 

• Shirt £9 

• Ladies Sash and Brooch £20 

• Fitting £200 (per supplied member of GNK staff)
