Hire & Cancellation Terms
I agree that all measurements provided are accurate, and take full responsibility to promptly try on the Hire Outfit to ensure correct fit and report any issues as soon as possible.
I agree to return all the items hired in good condition by the due date and time. I understand that I will incur a surcharge of 50% of the hire fee for each day or part of a day that the items are not returned.
I agree to pay the full retail price for any items not returned or damaged and the dry cleaning costs of any items badly soiled (detailed below).
I understand that I must provide a 48-hour notice for cancellation prior to the booked collection date and time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the collection date and time will incur a 50% charge of the full hire fee.
IDENTIFICATION
At the time of collection, the individual collecting the outfit must present one of the following forms of ID:
Credit Card, Debit Card, Payslip, Driver's License, or Family Allowance Book.
